What electives should I take for Freshman year?

Take the drawing course. Your adviser should know if you qualify or not, so I would say you could, but it's popular enough that fitting you in is the problem, not qualification. Definitely take the French--Francaise est femme--La, not le. You seem to be intelligent but a little disorganized--Peer Tutoring might help you to organize and make presentations any where, any time. It could help you through the rest of your school career and perhaps beyond. Tutoring is also a good way to make money later, and you meet some interesting people. I tutored at the college level for several years and met some of the most interesting, and sometimes challenging people in my life.
