Best Inexpensive Coffee Maker?

I want to get an inexpensive coffee maker (around $20-25). I definitely want a programmable one and one that has an automatic shutoff. A plus would be to be able to put either coffee beans or ground coffee in, but not a necessity. Any suggestions on a makers that is reliable with these features?
