Is an anterior cervical lymph node that is the size of an almond normal or abnormal?

I've had a lymph node in my neck for well over a year that is the size of an almond. Same shape too. I don't feel sick, but I am wondering what the normal size of those lymph nodes are? The one on the other side, I can't even find, but the one on my left side, half way between the ear and the clavicle is the one swollen. It is rubbery and mobile. Should I see the doctor?
