What kind of bird do i have?

It was found in illinois mondaline. its a baby it is orphaned we waited the whole day and the mom or dad did not come to feed it. it is white black brown. it looks like it grows up on the floor. looks like it will be able to fly. likes worms. its fluffy cant hold on to finger well so its not a fledgling. any healp will be greatly appreiciated. and what else does it eat.
