I masturbate a lot somebody please help...?

Hi this is Boyd. I have issues with masturbation. I don't masturbate 1 time a day or even 3 times. On average i do it 14 times a day. Until the soldiers don't march. Then i get sore and bad groin cramps. I gave up on my hobby of making bird houses so i can masturbate more. I sometimes do it in school in the stall and even let people hear me. I did it in cl once and got suspended. What should i do?
