I need an idea for a graduation present for my girlfriend, any suggestions?

In about a month my girlfriend of almost two years is going to be graduation from college. I want to get her something or do something special for her as a graduation gift. Maybe make her a scrapbook, or maybe even go on a road trip. Something that she won't ever forget. I've been wracking my brain, but can't come up with anything...I know that just asking this on Yahoo Answers kinda makes me a bad boyfriend. Shouldn't I just know what the best gift would be? Oh well, I hope somebody can offer a suggestion that will get me thinking on the right track.
