Do California State Universitys SHARE information with each other?

I went to Cal Poly Pomona, and received poor poor grades there. I have since left the school and came back to a JC here in Santa Ana. I did not import my transcript because I was kind of ashamed of it, and here I am close to being able to transfer, and I want to go to Cal State Fullerton. My question is, unless I tell them, do the Cal States share personal student information with each other? I know you are supposed to transfer any college transcripts over, but I was hoping I could just avoid it. Is it possible? A response from someone who works in the Cal State System would be very helpful. Thanks for your time.
