How do I address a cat problem with the girl I'm dating?

Sounds like a evil cat...well if i were you ..... put something by the boor like a pillow soif i scratches it would just be scratching the pillow and then on your side put a pillow there too to block out some of the meowing or screaming or whatever..then keep your laptopuunplugged until you need it
