How do tacticly infiltrate a building?

Should i have a convoy come on through the front gate? should i have a sweeper team coem from helis? should i set up snipers, and spy personel? should i send 1 man undercover? should i blow open one side of the wall and go all in? Or should I send a convoy of elite gunners to surround the perimeter, take out all cameras, snipe down everyone seen through the windows, with snipers all around the place, and then send in 3 helis with about 10 soldiers in each and sweep the building clean, with a couple demolition soldiers, stealth soldiers, and the sweeper.? because im playing my game and i cant decide. Thanks!
