I want a new hair styler what can i do [pic included]?

it already looks like u dyed it so i would either touch up the color or change it completey...possibly a medium blonde with light blonde highlights and definitely layers...long layers to start with angled fronts...your first layers shouldn't start any higher than your jaw line. after u get the cut and color ask the hairstylist to recommend some products for curly hair...mouse gel and some frizz control will help...also defuse it bc air drying will frizz it...good luck...p.s a good conditioner will help tame the frizz
