Need help with hot girls?

I'm 16 and I work in this small convinence store/deli and the area I live in is a very hot summer location it's extrememly popular and we get lots of tourists. But my problem is that there is a group of smokin hot girls that come in every now and then. But they never look my way or talk to me. Should I talk to them or is it cause they're too nervous to talk to me? Also I think their ages maybe about 18 cud that be a reason but I'm 6'3" and could def p for 18. Whadda u think?
