An orange 'zested and juiced'?

Yes.. wash the orange. Then sc the peel on a fine zester, microplane or rasp. Do not get the white pith underneath the orange peel b/c it's bitter. Do this all over the orange. Then cut it in half and squeeze the juice as usual. The zest gives wonderful flavor to the cranberry sauce due to the essential orange oils in the peel.
