Where Can I buy chocolate(Twix, Snicker's , etc.) for a really cheap price so that i can sell it?

everywhere i look they have boxes of chocolates that have 30 bars in them and the price is 30 dollars. if i sell those chocolates for a dollar each how would i be making any money? where can i buy choclate for cheap and how can i make money from selling chocolate?
