Anybody live in So. Florida and notice how people dress like it's 90 degrees when it's 50 degrees and overcast?

They wear sandals, t-shirts, and shorts in cold, raw weather. You can't tell me that it's all people who come down from the north and are warm blooded. And even if they were it's still too cold to not wear a jacket, long pants and socks. It's lunacy. I can't understand how the hospitals down here aren't full of people with H1N1 and pneumonia. Opinions?
