Okay, so i have cheer tryouts in April or May and I weigh 113 lbs is there any way i could down to like 95-100 lbs?please tell me.Tomorrow i start premier Cheerleading to improve my roundoff backhandspring.What excercises that make a difference extremely fast.any cheertips too would be great and i need advice on how to make my man happy lol.like tell me how to make him want me more and how for me to get
