Shoulder Injury/Problem?

So first of all i am a fitness and workout teenager. I eat extremely healthy taking multivitamins each morning and proteinshakes preworkout and after workout. I'm currently 18 and have been working out for about a two years. Recently Though, about 3 months ago, i was doing shoulder press standing up and felt clicks and pain in my shoulder. The next day the pain went away so i kept doing shoulder exercises for about another 2 weeks. Suddenly during a bicep curl i started hearing clicks/ripping in both my shoulders. I don't know if this is a torn rotator cuff or not, but i have done alot of research into it and knew that i should cease all shoulder work immediately until i talked to a GP. I've scheduled a mri but the clicking is still present. It's been killing me not being able to work my shoulders and they have visibly suffered, my chest and back workouts have also been less intense as i want them to be because of this. I've been focusing more on my cardio and abs as to keep training parts of my body that don't require my shoulders. Anyone have any suggestions of whats wrong with my shoulders or what i should be doing in the meantime to get them strong again?p.s. i can lift both my shoulders up and around in any direction without any pain, but i hear/feel alot of clicking in it. I've also lost more or less all my definition in my shoulders as they used to be of muscle, now are more or less flat and square looking, and i can pop them out of place and my shoulder blade sticks out of my back, i don't know how normal this is or not.

I unwittingly set up a meeting with an army recruiter and I'm not interested. How do I say no?

I don't know if this is related to her sister having a tumor or not. ive also seen that she has been getting a dark red crust around her eyes. everyday after school i will have to take a wet washcloth and wipe it off (with great difficulty) in order to open her eyes. but even then 5 min. later i will see it forming again. i have almost positively identified that she has gone blind in the last 4-6 days because i held her right in front of my cat and she didn't freeze up like she used to. and by that i have also determined that something is up with her sense of smell. A few more incidents that might prove weather or not she is blind is, just a few seconds ago, she lowered herself off my leg with so much caution it looked like she thought she might drop to her death. then when she was off my leg she stepped onto the very ege of my chair and fell off. if she could see fine i think she would have seen that the edge was right next to my leg. I also just set her on my floor, and usually when i do that she bolts to her cage (with that cute little jumping run) but she didn't even go in that general direction and she just kind of waddled along. Im really worried why she suddenly went blind and am very concerned for her health. i don't want to lose both my rats to painfull health problems. Is it possible that she has glaucoma? PLEASE HELP

So I'm watching The Crush (Alicia Silverstone, 1993) and I'm stuck on this part in the movie: Adrian (Alicia) decides to lock Amy in her film developing shed and fill the room with wasps/yellow jackets through the vent. Uk electricians Q a light is difficult to get at as flat roofed and is faulty can you spur off another light?

Mali Uromastyx Lizards?

I have a 7 yr old son who is very interested in owning a lizard. I have done some research and I know that there are so many choices out there. I was in our local pet store today and the lady who owns it has a mali uromastyx. I know nothing about this type of lizard but she says that she is very gentle, easy to handle and would be a great first lizard? I handled her and she was very easy to hold. Her previous owners apparently had a heat rock in with her that was to hot and her stomach was badly burned. You can see where the burn was but the pet store owner said it is fully healed and she is doing great with it. If anyone has any information I would greatly appreciate it! So I've been dealing with these annoying cosplayers for a while. Don't get me wrong, I cosplayed myself but there's this group of cosplayers I know who are extremely snobbish. My right chest muscle is MUCH bigger than my left now.?

I work out 3 times a week, full body workouts. Lately I have been noticing that my right chest muscle is becoming quite noticeably bigger than my left! My normal chest exercises are Chest Fly with dumbbells, Bench press with dumbbells, and push ups. 10 reps for both the flies and the press (on the ground cause I don't have a bench yet), and 20 reps for pushups, 3 set for each. During these exercises I don't feel much of a burn in my left pec, but I do in my right. What should I do to balance them out? Any suggestions would be really appreciated.

Its ear is like mangled!! The bottom half is. It is with 3 other adult female rabbits. One of the the rabbits got out last night, but I put her away. It wasn't her though. Anyways these rabbits get along pretty good. Once in awhile they will have a little squabble, but only some hair loss and nipped ears. The ears are never like this though!!! There is fur in the cage, but not her color. I have another rabbit that is unharmed. I can't find the other 2. They are probably in these hue holes they have dug. Could a cat have attacked it? Also, the rabbit that was attacked is not harmed anywhere else!! THANKS!

You can find it in kitchen gadget sections at stores like walmart and linens and things. Haven't found it at Office depot. I use this product everywhere including fridge, under sinks and litter box. Friends use it in cars for smoke and pet odors - it's that good. Definitely worth trying.

Well my dad isn't in perfect health other than that, he had Guillain Barre Syndrome in the past and now he's having post-Guillain Barre, which is basically the same symptoms of post-polio. Well anyway, he had been taking those pills for a year and a half and that pharmacy had been getting crappier and crappier. Finally, my mom decided to switch pharmacies yesterday (they're both the same company, just different locations) and they found out that the other locations' pharmacy had been giving my father the wrong pills. There are two different strengths of the same pill and my dad had been given the stronger pills and had been taking them for OVER A YEAR. While on the pills my dad experienced double vision and a lot of times he would get so tired that he had to fall asleep many times throughout the day..now we know it's because of the pills. They had been so strong that they dropped his blood sugar every day so drastically that he just basically ped out. My father talked to a lawyer and they said there's nothing they can do, but isn't there something that we can do to make them realize that they could have killed my father for giving him the wrong medication?

Why is it so hard to find decent food to eat?

im on warfarin, I have checked all the diets online for it but none of them work for me. I have blood tests every few days or once a week and they are always all over the place, because of the food. the list of foods you cant eat gets longer and longer every day as you find something else that is not compatible with wayfarin I get so bored trying to find suitable food to eat and variety. you cant eat out no one supplies the food you can have. its so frustrating as the list of foods you cant heve gets longer and there is nothing left to choose from. The big nos are all green veggies,avocado, oils, all herbs,spices, sauces, dressings, gravies, baked beans, kidney beans, mango, berries, banana, parsley chives, pasta, pastry, most dairy, most meats, most fish, corn, carrots, chick peas, noodles, apples, citrus, bread, spreads, nuts, eggs, cabbage, lettuce. cuber,tomato, stuffing, lots of foods make me feel sick. its depressing to have all the foods taken away from you. RASH above ankles after hiking long distance?

I hiked 10 miles on Saturday and noticed a bright red rash above the ankles. It started to fade, but then I was walking about 8 hours on Wed and it is now up my legs (it is still above the ankles) and is very bright red. Minimal itch. Looks more like a hickie would look like, only in big blotches and very intense looking. I am a little worried as I am backpacking about 10 miles this coming weekend. It does not look like a contact derm.
